F.M. PROPERTIES, INC. TO ERECT NEW CONSTRUCTION CUSTOM COLONIAL MODULAR HOME IN MIDDLETOWN, RI.

Miller Street will welcome a new custom 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath modular home next Wednesday, August 1^st.  The home will arrive on several tractor-trailers, straight from its climate-controlled factory in upstate New York. 

The home is a Westchester Modular Home, a renowned home manufacturer headquartered in Wingdale, NY.  With the concrete foundation complete, the new Westchester Modular home is to be erected on Wednesday, August 1, 2012, from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.  This will take place on the site at 46 Miller Street (just off of Bayley Avenue) in Middletown, RI.  We invite the public to the raising of this new home and to learn more about modular construction.

Mike Hill, President of F.M.
