Forest Farm Health Care Center hosted its annual volunteer luncheon on Friday, April 20th.  This year's very deserving volunteer was Yogi the pet therapy dog and Wendy Shapiro his best friend and trainer.

Yogi is halfway through completing his third community service award by Therapy Dogs International having completed over 250 documented visits to hospice and Nursing Facilities.  In June 2012 he will be awarded with a title from the American Kennel Club for dogs and their owners who have provided ongoing community service to help improve the well being of others, "Touching hearts, Changing Lives.  Over 90 other Forest Farm Health Care Center volunteers were able to attend and enjoy a wonderful time together.
