Flu Vaccination Clinic for Gaudet, Aquidneck and Forest Avenue Schools

Students, staff/faculty, parents and siblings of Gaudet, Aquidneck and Forest Schools are invited to attend the Flu Vaccination Clinic on Oct. 11, 2011. 

The clinic will take place at Joseph H. Gaudet School on 1113 Aquidneck Avenue, Middletown.
