Newport County Youth Hockey organization held its annual Christmas tournament this past week and the Pee Wee A2 team (ages 11 and 12) won all three of their round robin games and their championship game with a win over Framingham with a score of 5-2.
The Championship team members are: Zach Borden, Ian Gerdin, Megan Grimes, Nils Holland, Keegan Hanley, Anthony Lewis, Ben Lyman, Owen Moy, Nolan O'Brien, Christian Schenck, Griffin Spinney, John Stookey and Cole Streicher. Coaching the team are head coach, Craig Borden, Lat Spinney, Ted Hanley and Jeff Schenck.
