Bargain Hunting: Middletown Houses Below $100K
Although the average cost to buy a house in Middletown is significantly more expensive than the rest of the State, there are still a couple of houses on the market below $100,000
According to Zillow.com, the value of an average home in Middletown is $288,700, which is up 1.5 percent over last year. That is slightly higher than Portsmouth's average value of $282,200 and below Newport's $318,300 price tag.
Although Middletown is 68 percent higher than the Rhode Island average of $198,400, there are still a couple of houses below $100,000 on the market today.
