I don't believe it's a "come to" process... Yes our world is quite sad and yes there is far to much horror and hurt.... and the obesession for same species destruction--- (humans killing humans) is out of control!!!... we learn nothing in the mistakes and pain in our Human history--- But Sadly, Folks have been jumping from bridges on the first day man invented said BRIDGE.... We have forgotten--- pain does not need to be delt with alone and hugging it out does work--- Death is not the answer--- but living in constant pain and horror isn't either!!! What to do---- Logic says get help.
