Officials Recommend Closure of Atlantic Beach Club Beach

Officials recommend the beach is closed to swimming

The Department of Health (HEALTH) recommends the closure of Atlantic Beach Club Beach in Middletown to swimming due to high bacteria counts. Officials will continue to monitor the water quality and recommend re-opening when the areas are safe for swimming.

Water quality analysis is conducted by the HEALTH laboratory or a state certified laboratory.
