PD: Man Allegedly Exposed Himself to Female Driver
The following arrests were reported by the Middletown Police Department. An arrest
Yesterday around 3:45 in the afternoon, Middletown Police received a complaint that a man driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee had exposed himself to a female driver on West Main Road. The man, identified as 23 year-old Joseph Emory of Westport, Mass., allegedly told police his genitals were exposed because he took a picture to send to his girlfriend.
The witness said his Jeep pulled up abnormally close to her car and when she looked over she saw his genitals. She said she was shocked and first and looked again to confirm, said police.

Gabriel Torres, 23, of 7A Woolsey Road was arrested this morning around 1:20 on charges of a bench warrant issued from family court.
