Snow, Freezing Rain and Fog Expected

Snow to begin at 3 p.m., switching to rain after 9 p.m.


The temperatures are finally climbing out of the basement, but not far enough to prevent a little snow this afternoon, turning into freezing rain tonight, which could make for a gnarly commute tomorrow morning.

An 80 percent chance of snow is forecasted after 3 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.  Total snow accumulation is less than one inch. 

The snow is expected to change to rain after 9 p.m. then become patches of drizzle after 10 p.m.

There is a slight chance for rain tomorrow, with a high of 40 degrees.  The NWS reports we can expect spring-like weather by Wednesday, with temperatures reaching 55 degrees.
