DAMSEL IN DEFENSE Program is real world course of self defense techniques and information to make women more aware and prepared for everyday life. Our program is taught by local Law Enforcement, Navy SEALs and Instructors from Department of Homeland Security. DAMSEL IN DEFENSE Instructors will train you to avoid, resist and survive the simplest conflicts and numerous extreme assaults scenarios
