You should be commended for running for office, for it is a thankless position. Also, I think that you love Middletown. However, you really need a campaign director to stop you from making serious mistakes. You list a goal to protect the natural beauty of our town, but your signs are everywhere littering our roads. Is that not a contradiction? Also, your letter to the Daily News where you say that Obama supporters can't be Christians. I probably dislike Obama even more than you, but if you are trying to get elected, you can't say that. If I were you, I would make a big show of removing your signs and simply beg forgiveness for a stupid letter. Personally, I think that you more vocal before you were elected than over the last two years in office. You still have time to turn it around.
