On Tuesday, February 5, 2013 the Gaudet Girls Basketball Team lost in the
quarterfinals of the State Tournament to Barrington Middle School 41-26, which
snapped the Lady Islanders win 15 game winning streak.

Gaudet was led by Madi Lyman's 16 points and Michaela Sullivan's 9 points in the loss. 

Defensively, Katie Ripa led the team with multiple steals.  Gaudet finishes with a 17 and 4 record overall, while finishing with a perfect 12 and 0 record in their
division. 

Thanks to all who came out and supported the girls.  Fans and family alike remained after the game to support the team with a standing ovation for each player as they exited the locker room.  "They have so much to be proud of!", each family exclaimed.

The G-Ladies made history this season by going undefeated, and represented Gaudet with great pride.
