DOT/RITBA will be holding public hearing in Portsmouth on Dec.3 and in Tiverton on Dec.4th, Many off you may know me as the guy in the cowboy hat and NO TOLLs t shirt, With the thousands of signatures i have gotten from business owners and people who live and work in Middletown I can't believe that your town will be just left out of this vital part of the economic impact study. Don't let this happen, I believe that with out your help the DOT will imply that Middletown just doesn't care and I think that your town will sufffer greatly at the hands of new tolls. I am going to be disabled for most of December and Janurary or i would  in EVERY place in your town that had a petition. PLEAE stand up , don't let this happen, Demand to have your voices heard, Demand more meeting, go to Portsmouth, demand one in your town, fight for complete viewing of the impact study and again demand more meeting to discuss the findings, This is YOUR /our mine/ your parents your childrens life we are talking about, carry the fight forward only YOU? and I and all us us must be the guy who steps up to help each other, NO TOLLS
