According to Cox Sports Online, Cox Sports has been bringing love High School Games to Rhode Island for the first time.  Cox Sports will broadcast live high school basketball football games on OSN (Ocean State Networks, Cox channel 5 and 1005) on Friday nights. 

The weekly program is titled #GAMENIGHT and will feature interviews, highlights and analysis along with the live action on the field. Local sports announcers and radio personalities will provide play-by-play and color commentary. The games will also stream LIVE online on CoxSportsOnline

This Friday, February 1, 2013 at 7pm the Middletown versus Ponaganset Varsity Basketball Game will be featured.  What the Islanders are most proud of is that they were chosen through an online fan poll to bring this game to the forefront.

Local fans are encouraged to come to the game to view it live and on the court and wear your favorite BLUE spirit apparel to help create THE BLUE WAVE often seen at MHS sporting events.
