The Middletown Pay as You Throw Trash and Recycling Pick-up has been delayed by one day this week as a result of the snow storm. Those residents who typically have a Friday pick-up, which was last week scheduled for Saturday due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday, will now have their refuse and blue bin recycling picked up today, Jan. 23, due to Saturday’s snow.
