The Best You Retreat For WomenTM, designed to help women enjoy, experience and learn how to make themselves a priority, takes place Saturday, May 12th from 8am-4pm.
The retreat will offer women the opportunity to come together to learn practical tools and strategies for nourishing the body and soul for an overall sense of wellbeing.
The full-day event will feature a light breakfast, lunch, cooking demonstrations, pampering, gift bags, workshops, and female speakers who have dedicated themselves to supporting other women on their journey towards health and happiness.
Cost is $175 (Other options: $425 for a three-day retreat without lodging, and $695 for three-days with lodging at The Newport Blues Inn.)

Located on the eastern end of Easton's Beach and opposite Flo's Clam Shack, the Atlantic Beach Club is a one-stop location for beach activities and relaxation.
