Just as Spain has its Tapas, Italy is famous for it’s delightful & delicious variety of Antipasti. A native of Sicily, Sophia is well versed in all of Italy’s regional culinary styles. She and Chef Miles have learned from the masters in Italy and bring their rich knowledge back to share with us! Menu: Grilled Octopus Salad, Codfish Cakes, Cured Beef Carpaccio, Arancini (Risotto Balls) & Roasted Olives. You won’t want to miss this fabulous class with recipes to take home and amazing antipasti to taste in class. Wine tasting to compliment the menu chosen by Newport Wine Cellar.
