Rock Your Chakr a uses the chakra system as a metaphor to examine who we are currently\, who we have been and who we are becoming. We'll draw\, stretch\, ponder and groove to connect with ourselves on the physical\, emotional and sp iritual levels. In the first hour\, we'll use expressive arts and yoga to feel and catalog the different layers of self. In the second hour\, w e'll focus on fluid and dynamic movement associated with each chakra\; e xpressing our natural rhythm and connecting to the grace and power of ou r moving bodies.
