Sustainable Aquidneck invites you to celebrate and support Island Sustainability!
Sustainable Aquidneck is a non-profit organization whose mission is to move Aquidneck Island toward self-sufficiency. We intend to promote an island wide sustainable practice initiative and to collaborate with the community to create local solutions to our environmental, social and economic problems. We are an all-volunteer group that is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices.
Our primary project in 2012 is Island Community Farms @ Green End. We have secured a 5 year lease with the Aquidneck Landtrust for 8.5 acres of pristine farmland in Middletown RI. With this land we will grant access to micro farmers who will bring their fresh local produce to market.
Please join us on June 3rd for a silent auction, raffle, food and cash bar to help support our efforts with music by Matt Harke. A $15 suggested donation at the door.

More About The Fifth Element
The Fifth Element is a restaurant and bar that is open daily. The restaurant offers fine dining in a welcoming rustic and industrial environment featuring water walls, soft upholstered furniture and a bar built from reclaimed old growth pine.
