Forest Avenue will be closed to traffic other than residents while Middletown replaces the underground utilities.
Middletown is replacing underground utilities on Forest Avenue and drivers are asked to find alternative routes.
Forest Avenue will be closed to through traffic during the hours of construction. Only residents of Forest Avenue will be allowed to enter or exit the area.
Primary area of work:
The contractor will be primarily working in the area of the Forest Avenue & West Main Road intersection near the Shell Station and Wilson Road.
