Meet Middletown's Firefighter Citizen of the Year: Robert McCall
The Aquidneck Grange No. 30 in Middletown recently announced its five Community Citizens of the Year, awarded to those that give their time and effort to making Middletown a better place to live. Today, we get to know Firefighter Robert McCall.
The , located on East Main Road in Middletown, recently announced the five recipients of the annual "Community Citizens of the Year Awards" at a special ceremony held on the lawn in front of the hall with Town Council representatives.

Accomplishments: McCall organized the Middletown Fire Department Honor Guard to formally represent local firefighters at all official events including funerals, parades and government functions. He also developed a new curriculum for this year's four new firefighter recruits to raise the standard of training within the fire department.
