Wednesday: Relay for Life Kickoff and MHS Girls Basketball

The Middletown High School will compete against the Rocky Hill School at 4 p.m. at home.
will kick off the organization of its 2012 campaign tonight at 6:45 p.m. at . The event, which brings people together to walk around the school track in remembrance of those who have had cancer and raises money for the American Cancer Society, will take place on May 18. This initial meeting is to gather those who are interested in volunteering or participating in the event. For more information, contact Kerry Seibert at mzkerry@aol.com.
The is holding a free workshop on community resources, goal setting, and healthy cooking on a budget from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Life Coach and Motivational Speaker Suzi Nance will lead an interactive workshop titled at the at 6 p.m. The workshop is open to anyone with a goal to change an aspect of their life in 2012. The cost of the workshop is $35. For more information, call 849-4220.
