Fundraiser for Combat Veterans and Families

A spaghetti dinner fundraiser will be served on Saturday, June 23, 2012 from 1-5 p.m.

Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for children.

VFW Post 4487 is hosting a benefit to raise funds for a support group to help Veterans suffering from PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury and the effects on spouses and families.

We are seeking donations from local vendors for our raffle. We are asking for your assistance as these funds that are raised will be helping support families in need.

Patricia Kirley is the spouse of a wounded warrior who is spearheading this campaign to connect people througout the community and bridge the gap between awareness and understanding of the residual effects of war, how families needs to be healed and how most are falling through the cracks of the VA system.

Donations accepted by check or money order to VFW 4487 Re: PTSD Fundraiser and Silent auction items can be picked up as well.
