Police Crack Down on Middletown Bartenders

Middletown Police delivered summons to four Middletown restaurants last week after servers allegedly served an undercover surveyor

Middletown Police delivered four summons last week to Middletown restaurants after employees allegedly served to an undercover surveyor without proper identification.  

Emily Kane, of Tito’s Cantina, Can Guo of of Ching Tao restaurant, Marlee Brown, of the Newport Athletic Club and Gayle Meunier, of Blue Plate Diner were charged with violations relating to underage persons.  

In all instances police spoke to management about reviewing identification laws with staff.
