- The Middletown High School enters the Division III playoffs tonight at 7 p.m. at Rhode Island College against Davies Career and Technical Center. Go Islanders!
- The Middletown Town Council meets tonight at 7 p.m. Business to be conducted includes a presentation on an Aquidneck Island Traffic Study and several proposals put forward by Councilor Antone Viveiros, including regionalizing the town's Pay-As-You-Throw trash and recycling program and a camper jamboree fee for the beach campground.
