Tuesday: Recycle Your Old Cell Phone and Free Lecture

A look at what's happening in and around Middletown today.

1. Recycle your old cell phone at the Middletown Police Department to support victims of domestic violence by donating your old cell phone  to the Women's Resource Center.

2. Dr. Sarah Littlefield, Professor of English at Salve Regina University, will explore from Lima, Peru to Newport, RI.

3. Today in high school sports: the boys' varsity tennis team takes on Exeter/West Greenwich; the varsity fastpitch softball team plays Middletown; the varsity golf team has a MEET against Rogers and East Providence; and the boys' and girls' varsity track teams have the Newport County Championships at Rogers High School.

4. The Bristol Art Museum is offering a free art talk on at the Rogers Free Library community room
