Gallery Night at the Gilbert Stuart Birthplace & Museum


Rhode Island Revealed - an exhibit of Rhode Island Themed Works by Local Artists

Gallery Night Thursday, July 31 - 6:00 – 8:00 pm.  Open to all by donation. Meet the Artists.

This new exhibit in the new Gilbert Stuart Museum Bell Gallery has inspired the imagination and creativity of artists from around the state. You will see paintings of the local farmer's market, kayaking on Narrow River, a scene from the Fantastic Umbrella Factory ... and so much more. Images from north to south, from Chepachet to Block Island, Jamestown, Newport, Narragansett, Providence and more.

All artwork is for sale, and proceeds will benefit the Museum.

The exhibit is open from July 18 - August 17 during museum hours.  Thursday – Monday 11:00 am – 4:00 pm.  Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.  Admission includes access to all the Museum grounds and buildings: Adults $10.00, children ages 6-12 $6.00, Members free.
