Middletown OPT Challenge

The OPT Challenge is a functional, full body, fitness program designed to tone, strengthen, energize, and increase endurance.


-Self Paced
-Circuit style program
-All ages welcome
-Done to lively music
-60min

The OPT Challenge is also partnering with Kristen McGill to raise money for the Martin W. Richard Charitable Foundation.  Her charity of choice for her bid into the 2014 Boston Marathon.  IF you come into the clinic and make a donation you will receive a free class!

 

-Classes will be held at Olympic Physical Therapy in Middletown, RI      



Monday 7-8pm
Wednesday 7-8pm
Friday 5-6pm                                                                 


 
-Punch cards can be purchased for $25 for 6 classes
-Or $5 per class for adults and $4 per class for students

*Bring a friend and the class is free for friend.
