Flu Vaccine Clinic at All Saints

The state's school-located flu vaccination program will once again run throughout Rhode Island this year. There is no out-of-pocket charge for a flu vaccination for students. The insurance information of students who have health insurance will be collected, but no student will be turned away for a lack of insurance. There are two ways to register  your child for his or her school-located flu vaccination clinic:  At evening clinics parents and guardians  can review Vaccine Information Statements  and sign  Flu Vaccination Consent Forms on site. (Almost all middle and elementary schools have scheduled evening clinics.)Parents and guardians of students in schools that will host daytime clinics received this material in the mail. (Almost all high schools have scheduled daytime clinics.) They can review the Vaccine Information Statements they received in the mailing and return the Flu Vaccination Consent Form to the school nurse at their child's school as soon as possible.
