Donald D. Rogers, 77, of Middletown, died Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI.
Born in Portsmouth, RI on November 24, 1936, he was the son of the late Joseph and Sylvania (Mendonca) Rogers.
He worked at Boulevard Nurseries as a nurseryman retiring after 40 years.
He leaves two sisters, Margaret Joyce of Middletown, RI and Virginia Richard and her husband of Noank, CT, and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two brothers and a sister.
His services are private.
