Missing Picture of Third Beach Ramp Ribbon Cutting, Once Hung In Town Hall

Looking to find a picture of the Third Beach ribbon cutting ceremony that once hung in Middletown Town Hall. It was taken sometime in the 1960s.

[Editor's note: Help Pam find this picture or a person with a copy.  How can we help? Share this blog on Facebook. Ask around. Someone in town must know where it is!]

"I am looking for a picture of the Third Beach Boat Ramp ribbon cutting ceremony that took place in the 60's.  I don't know the exact date, I was just a child; but I do know that I am in the picture, along with others, including Joe Silvia, who was the Harbor Master at that time.

My family owned a boat so we used the ramp all summer; every summer when we were kids.

I know that was a copy of the picture hanging at the Middletown Town Hall; but when renovations were done, the picture was removed and no one seems to be know what happened to it.

If you have any idea of even a copy of the picture please let me know; as it would mean a lot to me to have a copy."
