Beach Arrest Results in Marijuana Charges Against Massachusetts Man

The incident occurred around 9pm Monday night in the Second Beach parking lot.

Middletown police reported they arrested David F. Lee, 56, of Beverly, MA shortly after 9pm Monday, July 26, 2010, charging him with a misdemeanor for alleged 1st offense possession of marijuana.

Police at the scene reported that they approached a parked car with an open door in the beach lot and observed a plastic bag with a substance resembling marijuana on the seat beside Lee. Police also seized a wooden case with pipe.
