Middletown Arrests: Disorderly Conduct, DUI

The following arrests were reported by the Middletown Police Department. An arrest does not imply a conviction.

Man Allegedly Harassed Customers Waiting for Pizza

Alexander Murray, 50, of Deerfield Beach, Fla., was arrested last night around 9:00 after he allegedly bothered customers and staff at Aquidneck Pizza on Aquidneck Avenue.

Murray appeared to be heavily intoxicated, said police. He allegedly tried to push a female customer out of the way, swore at her and harassed her.

When an employee offered to call him a taxi, Murray reportedly answered, “I’ll fix your jaw and I don’t want to go down that road with you.”

When he was arrested, he was uncooperative, swore and threatened the officers, said police.  He was charged with disorderly conduct.
