Middletown Arrests: DUI, Willful Trespass
The following arrests were reported by the Middletown Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Driving Under the Influence
Sven Myberg, 33, of Needham, Mass., was arrested on Thursday around 1:39 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence. Police stopped Myberg’s Jeep Wrangler by Middletown Self Storage on Green End Ave. after it reportedly swerved over the double yellow line three times and over the white fog line three times, said police.
When police asked Myberg how much he had to drink, he allegedly responded “a lot,” said police. After he failed the field sobriety tests, police said he was taken into custody without incident. He was also cited with refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Other Arrests
- Thomas Silvia, 54, of 57 Maple Ave, was arrested on Tuesday at 7:40 p.m. on a willful trespass charge.
- Andrew Ripa, 20, of 11 Paquin Pl. was arrested on Thursday at approximately 8:40 p.m. on charges of violation of a no contact order.
- A 17 year-old Middletown female was arrested on Wednesday at 11:00 p.m. for possession of marijuana.
