Middletown Arrests: Vandalism, Domestic Assault
The following arrests were reported by the Middletown Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
Domestic Assault
Traci Colston, 25, of 13 Lattu Ct. was arrested Thursday around 9:30 p.m. on domestic assault charges after she got into an argument with her husband about a cell phone, said Middletown Police. Colston told Police her husband took her phone away because she put a password lock on the phone and would not give her husband access.
She allegedly scratched him on his back and neck and punched him several times in the upper neck and back of the head, said Police.
Domestic Vandalism
A 16 year-old Middletown boy was arrested on Wednesday around 4:50 p.m. on vandalism charges. Police said the teen threw objects around the house and punched a hole in the kitchen wall. His mother said he had become angry that they would not be able to move back to New Bedford, Massachusetts.
Bench Warrants
Keehln Edwards, 25, of 4 Carroll Ave., Newport, was arrested on Wednesday around 8:15 p.m. on charges of driving on a suspended license and for an active bench warrant.
Daniel Morgenweck 24, of 18 Brinley St, Newport was arrested on Wednesday around 5:27 p.m. on four active bench warrants.
