According to two separate arrest reports stemming from the same incident, police arrived at 33 Vigilant St. at about 9:30 p.m. and spoke to a resident who had called to report an unwanted party at the residence. The calling party, who reportedly had been letting Lamichael and Roshaunda Scott live at 33 Vigilant, no longer wanted them to live there due to a verbal argument between the resident and Lamichael Scott. When the police ran checks of the parties involved, they found that Lamichael and Roshaunda Scott had active no-contact orders against each other. Both parties were processed without incident.
