Middletown Police Log: Arrest for Assault

Hayward C. Johnson, 20, of 145 Rogers Lane, Middletown, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. for assault. According to the police report, officers were called to a residence on Green End Avenue by a male who said Johnson allegedly pulled him out of a car in the driveway and punched him. Officers spoke to Johnson who reportedly gave a similar account, saying the alleged victim was not welcome at the residence.
