"A 17 year-old Middletown teenager was arrested on Sunday for making harassing and threatening phone calls to another 17 year-old. ".... Really? I never knew you could be arrested for harassment on a phone... I know a lady.... not a lady but a older woman who sits on the phone and harasses people in middletown.. but never arrested.... I wonder why....

Did the person on the other end of the line call the police? File a complaint, restraining order? Or just do the typical Middletown tradition of complaining to their peers hoping something will magically happen to solve their problem?
