So where is the social host charge, the providing alcohol to minors charge and everything else? A kid of privilege who is drunk driving at 19 needs a lot more than a minor slap on the wrist.

Channels 10 and 12 are reporting that the fine and penalties are $760.00. Not the $250.00 reported in Patch.

I don't know if I agree with your assessment that all he got was a slap on the wrist or that your comment on privilege or age is relevant to anything. Granted, many people with drinking problems drive drunk but sometimes people without drinking problems make a bad decision and drive when it is not something they normally do or would do.

The fine is $250 then you have to add in court costs and the cost of the dui classes = $760
