Real Estate Sales Pre-License Course

Classes start Monday, Sept. 12 and run Monday and Weds. evenings through Nov. 7. This 45 hour course is designed to successfully prepare an individual to take the RI Real Estate Salespersons exam. The State of Rhode Island mandates that 45 hours of this course is necessary to prepare for the licensing exam. The cost is $250 to register and includes all materials. Space is limited.
