New Student Registration
New student registration is open and will continue through the start of the school year.
Middletown Public Schools each year are very accomodating for newly arrived military families. Still, school officials encourage all families to set up registration appointments as soon as possible for all new unregistered students to ensure a smooth start to the school year.
Appointments can be made for any Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 26 Oliphant Lane, Middletown, according to the school department website.
Families must provide a birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residence and a photo ID during registration. The child does not need to be present during registration.
To make an appointment, call 849-2122 or visit the Registration Office Web Site for additional information.
Middletown public school officials said parents should check in for finalized bus schedules about one week before school begins.
