La Salle Tops RI Football Poll
The La Salle Rams capture 10 of the 12 first place votes in the second week of the Rhode Island Sports Media Football Poll. Middletown remains outside the poll.
Following an early season victory against the No. 1 Hendricken Hawks, the La Salle Rams have vaulted into the top spot of the Rhode Island Sports Media Football Poll.

East Providence moved up a spot, to No. 2, with a 48-14 win against North Kingstown. The Skippers are the sole Division I team to not be ranked, and they also did not receive a single vote for the Top 20.
