You have to see it to believe it. A gym and spa together. Workout and treat yourself. The classes are fun and the instructors are great. When you are done, just relax in the spa area. Have a cup of tea, sauna or tan. The showers are beautiful and evrything is always clean. They have a vanity area stocked so you don't have to drag everything with you too. Great idea. Thanks!

Sedona is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The staff is friendly and they know their stuff. The circuit is as easy or as strenuous as you want to make it. The classes are fun and there is a wide variety of them. The sauna has made my allergies bearable this spring. But the weight loss program is why I stay with them. They have taught me how to eat and cheered me on as I have slowly reduced my size. I don't know what I would do without them.
I love this place. It is perfect for me. Clean place with a friendly staff. The classes are awesome and then I treat myself to the sauna to relax. I love the women's only environment.

I have been a member of Sedona since it has opened and I have never been happier with a place. What I like best is that they know your name and treat you like you're more than a client, like you're a friend. They really listen to what you have to say and take all comments/constructive criticism to heart. It is always clean, and smells wonderful! They encouraged me to start taking classes, and I have never felt better and I am really getting in shape! Thank you Sedona!
