Middletown Town Council is scheduled tonight for 7p.m. The International Tennis Hall of Fame will host a lecture, The R.I. Irish Famine Memorial: Its Past, Present and Future, at 6 p.m. Admission is $2. Donald D. Deignan, Ph.D. will discuss the evolution of the R.I.
