1. This Sunday is Earth Day! Lots of area activities planned. There will be a Third Beach Clean-up at 11 a.m. Saturday. Meet at the Third Beach Education Center. 2. The Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corporation (RIRRC) will host a special waste collection in Middletown on Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon at Second Beach. RIRRC officials will accept and dispose of household hazardous waste. 3.
