Gaudet Robotics Team Reaches Lego League Finals

On a quiet Sunday afternoon 11 students from Gaudet Middle School sat in a gymnasium, with hundreds of other students across the state, working feverishly on laptop computers making final adjustments to their robot “Red Spine”. The team arrived before 8am in the hopes that they would be a select few that would qualify for the RI State First Lego League Championships. These students belong to the Robotics Team at Gaudet Middle School. The “Gaudet Science Laboratories” or "GSL" have been meeting after school and on Saturdays for the last few months in preparation for this event. The highlight of the day?
