Vote Newport for Happiest Seaside Town
Coastal Living magazine has named Newport as a finalist for "Happiest Seaside Town".
Newport has been named a finalist in Coastal Living’s second annual list for the “Happiest Seaside Town.” Nine other towns are up against Newport to be named one of the top places to live on the coast. Newport is described as a historic town “of deep water harbors” and “a wonderful variety of retail, hotels, and dining, with Bellevue Avenue, one of the hippest shopping districts.” Finalists are places Coastal Living has named a “Dream Town” over the past 15 years and also include Facebook nominations. You can vote hourly through Feb. 28 here. The winner will be announced in the June 2013 issue.
