A little basketball and a little friendly rivalry were the makings of a fun filled evening when members of the girls and boys Islander Basketball teams took the court against members of the MHS faculty and staff.

If you ask a fan who attended Friday night's away football game against East Greenwich how the game went, step in real close. It is likely they have little or no voice to speak of. The screaming, cheering and carrying on conducted by the Islander Crew, as they have affectionately been dubbed, started at the first touchdown in the second quarter and never let up for the hour and a half to follow in the crowded visitor stands. This is what we do know. The Islanders remain undeafeated this season; a feat not accomplished for years according long time Islander fans.
