We then asked area editors as well as readers to pick their favorite couple for this Valentine’s Day. Although Feb. 14 is the traditional day for lovers, Feb. 13 is the unofficial "mistress day" according to a private investigator
Valentine's Day is this Thursday, but there is a less romantic aspect to the holiday than roses and chocolates. According to a private investigator, if your spouse is having an affair, this is a good time to catch a cheater. “You have to satisfy the mistress,” said Vic Pichette, Private investigator and owner of Genesis Investigations. He said the cheater, either a man or woman, will most likely buy gifts and/or see the person on a day close to Valentine’s Day.
