Hit and Run Accident, No Injuries Reported
A hit and run accident was reported to the Middletown Police Department today
Two Middletown residents reported a hit and run accident that took place around 1:20 a.m. this morning. No injuries were reported. According to the accident report, an unidentified vehicle drove into the driveway at 36 Miantonomi Avenue, at a high rate of speed and collided with two parked, unoccupied cars: a 2000 Infinity and a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Both cars incurred considerable damage, said police. When struck, one of the cars slid into the garage, which damaged the structure. The victims alleged when leaving the scene, the unidentified car also crashed into the chimney attached to the house. really MRQT??? I hope you don't think that's funny ... a young woman was left PERMANENTLY scarred, on her face no less, from that hit and run. The lighting bolt scar was fine for Harry Potter but not a 33 year old woman. Fortunately this time no one was injured. Hopefully they will find this driver since their car HAS to be damaged.
